The Township of Mulmur is a hidden gem in the north-east corner of Dufferin County. It straddles the famous Niagara Escarpment, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. The fertile ground offers plenty of opportunity for agriculture and the steep slopes of the escarpment offer vistas unparalleled in the county.
Since opening our doors in 2013, Foxingham Farm BNB has achieved a perfect balance between relaxation and a country experience. Situated in the Township of Mulmur, one hour and fifteen minutes North of Toronto, we provide everything you need to enjoy your stay, whether it's bikes or snowshoes. Come relax with us!
Our fabulous local spots are only 10-20 mins away. Maplegrove Farm for exciting country experiences, Lavender farms to pick or buy lavender or just have a picnic. We can arrange a picnic basket for you. Just book ahead, call for pricing.
Mansfield - Mansfield Outdoor Centre with its Pine River Public House (only 5 mins walk from bnb) great food.
Violet Hill - Enjoy the Award winning restaurant Mrs. Mitchell's

Creemore - Quaint town filled with restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, galleries and Creemore Springs Brewery
Alliston - Historic town with three Theatres, Circle Theatre, Imagine Theatre and Gibson Theatre. Beatties Distillers, many shops and restaurants with both fine dining and fast food.
We also have the Bruce Trail, Mansfield Ski Hill and Mansfield Outdoor Centre all walking distance.
Our parlour has a large flat screen tv so you can log into your account and watch any apps. High speed fibre optic internet is available throughout the bnb and outside on the terrace. No other bnb in the area has this internet and we do rent by the day also for work only visits.
We have hardwood floors through out and huge windows with views of the property, comfy Lazy Boy couches and Bergere chairs. Nice for bachelorette parties and ladies nights out. It is also open to a yoga room/office area that can also hold extra seating for guests.
Hot breakfast at 9am or continental for early skiers. we serve a full english breakfast.
We try to source all food locally, jam's, vegetables and syrup, eggs are from our chickens. Scrambled eggs are Martin's specialty and eggs benny is Shalani's specialty (please let us know in advance which to book).
This year you can purchase local honey from our bees and we also have homemade lavender soap sourced from our lavender in the farm gardens.
Green Earth
We have implemented Green Earth initiatives at the bnb!! We have installed soap and shampoo dispensers in our showers to create zero wastage of packaging. We also use glass water glasses in all rooms for water. Glass straws available by request. We use Tru Earth eco strips laundry detergent, eco-friendly, hypoallergenic and biodegradable.

Our Story
Foxingham Farm BNB was founded by like minded entrepreneurs, Martin and Shalani married 30 years, are people who share a passion for traveling and exploring. Service, design and simplicity are at our core; when you book a room with us, you’re guaranteed to have an extraordinary experience. Hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, picnicking, shopping in local Creemore or enjoying nearby restaurants. We can drive you to the Bruce Trail (small gas & time fee) and hike with you for a personal tour experience. Kubota rides are also available for a fee (please book in advance).
From the moment you walk in the door, you’ll feel the special Foxingham Farm BNB hospitality. From the hosts or thru our home. Our snuggly soft bedding, robes, peace & quiet stays, the views and exceptional area knowledge are only part of the story. We have some beautiful birdwatching, cascading water and aerial views on hikes of the Pine Lake & River. Some of the gardens have 150 year old trees and plants, such as our Mock Orange that blooms in June. Enjoy old varieties of Apple trees great for picking in Sept.-Oct.

Romantic decorated bedroom with shabby chic touches and Ralph Lauren soft linens in summer and flannel sheets in winter. Enjoy the singing birds and sunrises on your own wrap around balcony. Unwind in our new wrought iron bed and enjoy sleeping in silence.
This room provides you with bathrobes, toiletries and towels for an enjoyable stay at Foxingham Farm Bed & Breakfast. All rooms are shared bathroom with an extra one located downstairs.

This room is decorated with Lavender touches thru out, a watercolor painting of the lavender fields in Provence, dried lavender arrangements and scented lavender infused items. Large walk-in closet and dresser.

Cornflower Room
Garden View
Cornflower room is a reflection of the history Cornflower glass which can be seen at the MOD (Museum of Dufferin) just south on Airport Road. The room has ben recently painted and decorated in Chantilly Lace Benjamin Moore paint, comfy robes, walk in closet and lots of good magazines and books to enjoy!!! This room also has a desk if you need to do a work stay. In the spring the 150 year old lilac hedge is spectacular with big blooms and amazing scent. Lovely views of the 24 acres surrounding the house.

Let your adventure begin by entering our natural forests, go over our bridge which is over a small stream and experience nature. We have the most beautiful birds for you to see and hear, some almost extinct such as the bobolink and the eastern meadowlark. There are rare turtles, frogs etc. All trails have been cut for your enjoyment.

We offer forest bathing, hiking or just relaxing on our 24 acres, there are two spruce forests with special coloured mushrooms, hundreds of bird species to see or swimming in the clearest pristine Pine River with Trout or Salmon.
