Please call us if you are going to be late, you may be subject to a late fee of $25.

9pm is the latest we allow guests to check in.

We do not take new reservations same day after 6pm.

Refunds must be 2 weeks prior to the reservation. Not including ski season rental(Jan-Mar), there are no refunds for this. It takes  7-10 days to process a refund. We charge $20.00 administration fee to do a refund.
